Up to this point, it’s been well documented how poorly the 2022 NFL Draft QB class has played. Furthermore, we still don’t have a clear QB1 in this class. Regardless, there are several prospects that are playing great football this season, such as Liberty QB Malik Willis. However, Pitt QB Kenny Pickett is soaring up draft boards. Last year, we profiled seven prominent NFL Draft prospects that entered College Football’s transfer portal. One of those seven is Virginia Tech RB Raheem Blackshear. The former Rutgers RB won an appeal last September that granted him immediate eligibility for the Hokies. However, in a pandemic-shortened season, Blackshear struggled in 2020.
