Cam Hart played in three games as a true freshman in 2019 for Notre Dame, but suffered a season-ending shoulder injury. The following season, Hart appeared in nine games, finishing with 3 tackles and 2 pass breakups. In 2021, Cam Hart made 10 starts and saw significantly more playing time, ending the year with 41 total tackles, 2 interceptions, and 7 passes defended. Hart suffered a torn labrum in his shoulder to end the 2022 season, which also kept him out of spring ball in 2023. However, he has bounced back nicely and earned a 2024 Senior Bowl invitation.
