Last year, we profiled seven prominent NFL Draft prospects that entered College Football's transfer portal. One of those seven is Virginia Tech RB Raheem Blackshear. The former Rutgers RB won an appeal last September that granted him immediate eligibility for the Hokies. However, in a pandemic-shortened season, Blackshear struggled in 2020. Despite the struggles last season, the Hokies RB looks poised to breakout this season. As a result, I firmly believe that Raheem Blackshear is an NFL Draft jewel, even if he comes off the board in day three.
