The Reese’s Senior Bowl isn’t just for the prospects from the SEC, Big Ten, and ACC. Prospects from smaller schools in the Power Four, HBCU, U Sports, and FCS level are down here, too. Alabama A&M’s Crason Vinson has been impressive. So too has Laurier QB Taylor Elgersma. However, the most impressive player this week at EDGE, outside of Marshall’s Mike Green, has been David Walker from Central Arkansas. David Walker has been able to put on a clinic throughout all three practices here at the 2025 Senior Bowl.
Last season, David Walker finished with 68 total tackles for the Bears, including 10.5 sacks. Further, he also finished the season forcing four fumbles and breaking up five passes. These stats have been supported by his performance down here in Mobile this week. Walker has been a consistent force at EDGE thrtoughout all three practices.

We haven’t seen as many prospects opt out of day three Senior Bowl practices, which was a nice surprise. If David Walker plays in the Senior Bowl on Saturday, he’s certainly on pace to continue the trend as one of the best on the field.
